2. Nature of the information

The information on this website is provided for indicative purposes only and carries no contractual value. Areas, finishes, layouts, delivery timelines and availability may be amended by the developer. 3. Prices

Prices shown are indicative and exclude Greek acquisition costs, notary fees, transfer taxes, land-registry charges, ENFIA and any other taxes or levies. Prices and availability are updated regularly and may change without notice; please confirm with Athestate before acting.

4. Golden Visa information

The Golden Visa is the investor residence permit under Article 100 of the Greek Migration Code (Law 5038/2023), as amended by Article 64 of Law 5100/2024, Law 5275/2026, Joint Ministerial Decision 214926/2025 and Circular 1/2026 of the Hellenic Ministry of Migration and Asylum. The content on this site reflects the programme’s published conditions as at September 2026.

Investment thresholds, permitted areas, qualifying property characteristics and permit terms are set by Greek law and may be amended. Eligibility is assessed case by case by the competent authorities. Nothing on this site constitutes a legal opinion, an immigration guarantee or a confirmation that any particular application will be granted.

Athestate acts as a real-estate advisor. It does not provide immigration, legal or tax advice. Any investment decision should be preceded by consultation with an independent legal and tax adviser.

5. Property ownership and title

Cape Poseidon is marketed by Athestate. All purchases are made directly from the developer under Greek law, with title issued by notarial deed and registered at the competent Land Registry. Athestate does not act as seller of the properties and does not provide legal representation; your notary and your own lawyer do.

6. Availability and allocation

Availability reflects the position at the time of publication. Allocation of the remaining units is by application, in order of registration, following a private site visit. Inclusion of a unit on this website does not constitute a reservation.
