& cookies.
1. Who controls your data
This website is operated by Athestate I.K.E., Agiou Konstantinou 6, 104 31 Athens, Greece (GEMI 195247401000, AFM 803357033), the data controller for the personal data described below. Questions about your data can be sent to contact@athestate.com.
2. What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, country of residence, the villa you are interested in, your timeline and the content of your message. We also record the technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address and request logs.
This website does not use advertising cookies, does not run behavioural advertising and does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare the information you asked for — our legitimate interest and, where you ask us to do so, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- To comply with legal obligations, including Greek and EU data-protection law.
- To send you the presentation file and, where you have consented, information about the Cape Poseidon project and related properties.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and in any case for no longer than the periods permitted by applicable law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
5. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is handled internally by the Athestate team. Where a transaction requires it, we share the minimum necessary information with a Greek notary, a Greek bank and the Hellenic Ministry of Migration and Asylum — the bodies that must be involved in any Greek property purchase or residence-permit application. We do not pass your details to advertising networks.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@athestate.com.
7. Cookies
The site uses only strictly necessary storage to serve you pages and to protect the contact form against abuse. No consent-gated advertising or analytics cookies are set. If analytics are introduced later, this page will be updated before they are enabled and, where required, a consent mechanism will be added.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored on infrastructure protected by access controls and firewalling.
9. Changes
This policy was last updated in October 2026. If it changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
